Sobre este artículo
London: Michael Joseph, 1965. First Edition. Hardcover. Near fine/Very good. All three of the stories in this collection deal with middle-aged love and marriage, and love out of marriage, and marriage without love. An American novelist, travel writer, and journalist, Gellhorn (1908-98) is now regarded as one of the greatest war correspondents of the 20th century. She reported on virtually every major world conflict that took place during her 60-year career. Gellhorn was also the third wife of American novelist Ernest Hemingway, from 1940 to 1945. Signed by Martha Gellhorn on the title page. Octavo. Original brown cloth binding, with gilt titles. A near fine copy in a very lightly edgeworn dust jacket with some light spotting to the rear panel.
