Wear-through at two corner tips; small spots of wear at spine ends; one 1" bit of wear at top board edge. Binding is tight and square, pages and edges are clean. No names or bookplates. Erratum slip still bound in between copyright and dedication page. Illustrations in black & white by Mary Virginia Martin. 183 pages.
