Spine with five raised bands, the compartments with centre decorations, ruled lines and lettering in gilt. Marbled paper on the boards. Plain off-white endpapers. An attractive leather bound copy. ----- Originally published in 1910, 1912 and 1913, the second edition appeared in 1925 and 1927 with a new introduction and three appendices.
