Various paginations, coloured and black & white illustrations, including tipped-in plates and inserts, some folding, index to Volumes 1 & II; super roy. 8vo; decorative stiff paper wrappers, some slight wear to some issues; offsetting from inset in double number Volume II, 3/4; William Edwin Rudge, Publisher, Inc., New York, 1940-1942. *Volume 1, No. 3 contains the coloured Georgia O'Keeffe Dole Pineapple fold-out and 'The Mainz Diary' insert, which was printed at the Golden Hind Press. William Edwin Rudge was the original publisher and editor of the periodical; from Volume VII it combined with 'The Print Collector's Quarterly'.
