Black cloth in unclipped jacket. 279 pp. A work of historical fiction revolving around the life and exploits of the privateer or pirate, Captain Henry Morgan. By Josephine Tey (also a pseudonym), who was perhaps best known for her mysteries. POOR jacket on a GOOD book. Heavy chipping, tearing, creasing and loss to the jacket along the hinges, flaps and extremities, almost completely separated along the flap hinges. Heavy creasing, some scuffing and soiling to the jacket, being overall extremely worn and fragile. General fading, minor soiling and edgewear to the book. Property of US Navy stamped on the inside cover. Page edges soiled.
