PROCEDIMIENTO TRIBUTARIO

We are, from 1987, a publisher and an Internet and mail orders bookstore in Madrid, specialized in Latin American books, more of them from Argentina, Chile, Venezuela and Mexico. Terms of sale: 1) Books are despatched within a maximum of 2 business days of the order being accepted. An invoice is always joined to your order. 2) Our shipping costs are calculated as follows: Outside Spain all orders are sent by an Airmail Priority Package and should arrive 10-21 business days after shipment, depending on the destination. Inside Spain you can choose between Postal Package (7-10 business days) or Courier (1-3 business days). 3) Payments can be made by all the debit and credit cards accepted by Biblio.com, or direct to us by Palpal (to our email catriel@catriel.net), or -for European Union only- by bank transfer, or -FOR SPAIN ONLY- by CASH ON DELIVERY. 4)Any items found to have mis-described may be returned for full refund of all costs after appropriate communication within 7 days of delivery.

Any customs charges and taxes in the destination country are not included in the shipping costs and must be paid by the recipient of the shipment.
