Illustrated throughout with black & white photographs and illustrations. References. Index. Bound in red cloth with silver letter printed on spine. Lower edge lightly sun-faded. In the dust jacket, with price of $14.95 intact on front flap. Dust jacket a bit worn, with edge-wear.
