Fine, as issued, with sales order slip laid in. 1 folded sheet (4 unnumbered pages) of thick handmade paper measuring 14 3/4" x 20", folded to 14 3/4" x 10" , and then folded once more for mailing. "Adrian Wilson's type juggler on the cover was designed by Nuiko Haramaki for the colophon of 'Printing for theater' ; the linoleum blocks on the inside were designed and cut by Adrian Wilson for the Interplayers' season announcement." OCLC locates a single copy, at Texas A. & M. University. . First Printing. Single Sheet, Folded Twice. Fine/No Jacket, As Issued. 14 3/4" x 20".
