Sobre este artículo
London: Edward Jeffery, 1811. Large, thin 4to, pp. iv, 124; original paper-covered boards, later cloth back with manuscript label on spine (partially perished); edges rubbed and worn, and some browning of the text, but a large, uncut and largely unopened copy. First published in 1787. The glossary occupies the first half of the text, the balance local proverbs. An octavo edition was published the same year. Includes separate sections on superstitious cures, fairies, omens portending death, magicians, witches, ghosts, etc. Vancil, p. 103; Kennedy 10635.
