First edition. No dust jacket. Green fabric covered boards, with leather over the spine. Gilt outlined white print on the front and gilt print on the spine. The leather has deteriorated to the point that the only thing holing the leather spine in place is a small piece of tape near the bottom. (I was tempted to glue the piece on to the spine, but thought I'd leave the repair choices up to the eventual buyer.) The fabric is worn through at one corner and has a few stains. The deckle-edged pages are clean, tight and only mildly tanned. No binding splits. Illustrated. This is a quite rare book, and the ones I've found on the market are carrying quite the price. Since the byer is going to want to fix the leather in some way, I am offering this copy at a significant discout to the others out there.
