No. 60. 38 pp. Also included is another Letter from the Secretary of War in answer to Resolution of the House of 2d December, 1861, transmitting additional papers to those furnished on the 3d of January, in relation to feeding disabled horses. 3 pp. Disbound government documents. Paper edges are browning, but overall the document is in VG condition.. Paperbound. Very Good. Size: Approx. 5 3/4" x 9". Government Document.
