The Book shows a touch of dampstaining along the bottom edge of the rear endpapers; the binding shows slight lean, but remains perfectly secure; the text is clean. The DJ shows only very mild rubbing; the price has not been clipped; mylar-protected. Overall, while not without flaw, remains close to 'As New'. NOT a Remainder, Book-Club, or Ex-Library. Large 4to. 144pp. Profusely illustrated in color. Hardback with DJ. Angela's work is unique in that it focuses on an aspect of painting that many courses and artists ignore. It is not sufficient to just put your ideas down on paper whether it be with paints, pastels or pencils. Angela leads us to reflect on our feelings, vision and purpose with that specific painting. As we focus on what we want to express, our painting becomes refined and better exhibits and communicates our purpose in doing the work. This is an excellent book with lots of insights and good information. Different from other art books that I have read. I would highly recommend it.
