Octavo, 400 pages with some diagrams and 15 illustrations. Pictorial card covers lightly rubbed at the extremities and slightly scuffed on the front cover; light marginal crease near the bottom corner of the first 22 leaves (a minor production flaw); an excellent copy. The title page is inscribed and initialled by the author ('Let the rituals be rightly performed with joy & beauty!'). Loosely inserted in a plain cream envelope is a greetings card printed in gilt with Aleister Crowley's A.'. A.'. seal, inscribed, initialled and signed by the author ('Write & find ecstasy in writing! Work, & be our bed in working! Thrill with the joy of life & death!'). David Mattichak Jr died shortly after the book was published.
