Octavo, [viii] (six blank), 5-400 pages with some diagrams and 15 illustrations. Silver-decorated light grey cloth; a fine copy. Number 46 of only 93 copies (with this limitation written in red ink on the verso of the first leaf, a blank), published posthumously. An edition of 220 copies in full gilt-decorated dark blue crossgrain calf with red moire silk endpapers, and a paperback were published, with page [3] in each case being a copyright page dated 2014. This edition does not contain a copyright page; the date of publication is derived from the publisher's website.
