Thomson, Hugh. 198pp. No date - copyright dated 1901 but an early edition. A very good copy with gilt embossed vignette of three women having afternoon tea at a table to the front board and gilt embossed lettering to the spine. Illustrated with 18 charming colour plates tipped in with protective tissue guards - all as called for. Light sunning to the spine with a light bump to the upper edge of the rear board and two corners slightly bumped. Small neat name inscription to the corner of the front end paper. Toning to the end papers, half title page and last page of the book. Foxing throughout. A good plus copy of this antiquaian childrens book.
