The shipping charge includes postage, packing and insurance. We reserve the right to vary the charge for heavy or outsize books. We will, of course, discuss it with you before we send it, If we have sent you a book we have incorrectly described, we will refund the cost of the book and any postage costs you incurred. If we described the book correctly, we will decide the case on its own merits.
