Street scene illustration to front. 1st Edition, 1949 with no additional printings indicated. Moderate wear, bumped ends of spine. Light fading at edges of boards. Solid, square binding. Inscribed "Cordially" and signed by the Author on ffep. Previous owner's small gift inscription on ffep, otherwise clean, unmarked pages. 32 pp. of photographs and drawings. Dust jacket has edge wear with open and closed tears and chips at the edges. Some fading, shelf rubbed and faint cup stain on front panel. Clipped at all four corners. All in Good/Fair condition.
