Very Good. hardback. 1st Edition. hardback, octavo, blue cloth lettered red to spine, paper age-toned else a very good tightly bound copy in a chipped and rubbed pictorial dust wrapper which has a small loss at foot of a faded spine. A Protective cellophane sleeve has been secured to the reverse of the wrapper with cellotape and markings from this show through the return flaps, thus description as 'fair' only. Small address label of a previous owner on the front pastedown and a dated signature of a previous owner to front blank, the remainder of the text is clean and free of markings, etc, maps to endpapers, 273pp.
