Hardback: 2 colour plates (2 are missing), book is bound in illustrated cloth that is a little marked, slight wear on the spine tips and corners, presentation plate (dated 1932) on the inside front cover, foxing on the foredges and internally (some is quite heavy), 2 colour plates are missing, lower corner of one page is torn and creased (publishing fault), still g. 8vo, 318pp. Published in 1919 according to the British Library catalogue)..
