First Edition, 4th printing. Gift inscription written on front end paper and dated 1955. Back cover shows wear, light stains, and a small peel mark that obscures a small part of the text. Additional light edge wear to the jacket. The cloth boards are in fine condition, and the interior pages are clean, firm and unmarked, but lightly tanned, with very light foxing along the edges.
