Sobre este artículo

Norwalk Connecticut: Easton Press, 1999. Hardcover. As New/None. Taken out of the original shrinkwrap and immediately placed in a Brodart cover, just to make sure this one was signed and not the one that was missed! Collector's edition with certificate of authenticity signed by the author, John Updike, and witnessed. Note about the book and author from Easton Press included. Luxurious leather bindings, 22kt gold accents deeply inlaid on the traditional hubbed spine, with gilded page ends to add beauty and seal out harmful dust and humidity. Acid -neutral pages that won't crumble with age, morire fabric endsheets and a satin-ribbon page marker. Still housed in original box that was received from the publisher. A very nice pristine copy.

Sinopsis

Rabbit, Run , written by John Updike and first published by Alfred A. Knopf in 1960, follows a 26-year-old former high school basketball player nicknamed “Rabbit.” Imprisoned in a tedious job and a loveless marriage, Rabbit attempts to find freedom from his constrained middle-class lifestyle. The novel was republished in a 1963 Penguin Edition, which was the first to include more sexually risque passages cut by Knopf in the first edition. The first of the 'Rabbit Tetralogy',  Rabbit, Run  is perhaps the most sought-after title written by Updike.
