Hardcover. ; Pictorial cover has wear at corners and spine caps, a very faint damp stain on front cover, and scuffing to the back cover but overall in good+ condition. Boards and spine are straight. Binding is tight. Antiquated gift inscription on verso half title page. Pages have very modest finger soiling but overall in very good condition. Comes with original matching box top that was issued with the book (lacking bottom of the box). Box cover is worn at extremities with 3 tears along sides and a very small faint damp stain but overall in good condition. ; 9.4 X 6.6 X 0.6 inches .
