Paris: Isidore Liseux, 1889. Book. Illus. by Titian. Good+. Three-Quarter Leather. First Ed.. 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall. 2 volumes, six dialogues rebound in three quaarter leather, blue cloth, gilt edge top, deckled pages. Volume 2 consisting of Dialogue 4-6 has wear along top of ribbed decorative backstrip, as well as along gutter. The front board is nearly separating on volume 2. Both volumes show wear along gutter where the books are opened, but this is still a very attractive set with an engraving by Mark Anthony Raimondi by Titian as a Frontispiece in Volume 1..
