Fine in a Near Fine jacket, unclipped ($2.00), generally toned, shallow chip at the head of the spine. Brown cloth with dulled gilt lettering on the spine. Square and firmly bound with an orange top stain, David Lloyd's handprinted last name on the front endpaper, clean otherwise. This copy is complete with the original "Kleptomaniac's Edition" bookplate, unused, laid-in. Smith's comic novel about Mr. Owen and his odyssey through the more raucous, fantastic side of New York he had never experienced.
