Condition is VG+: completely clean, binding strong & straight, hinges secure, pages creamy white with mild tanning to edges, completely unmarked. Bumping to all corners & spine tips, mild rubbing to extremities. The unclipped DJ is Good, with small, but significant chipping to top edge, as well as a short tear, crease, & tape repair to same; rubbing to other extremities, come corners chipped; nicely protected in new mylar cover free!
