Two color fold-out maps include the Missouri, Kansas & Texas Railway (one inch split at fold leading to one inch closed tear) and the map of the Old Reliable Hannibal and St. Joseph Short Line in very good condition. ; 16mo 6" - 7" tall; 336 pp .
