Sobre este artículo
Chicago: Ivan R. Dee, Publisher, 2000. First Edition, First Printing. . Hardcover. Fine/Fine. A collection of essays from Pulitzer Prize winner and history of law scholar Levy that begins with the Ranters, a group of defiant radicals who confronted the state and repudiated moral law in 17th Century England, followed by anecdotes about Supreme Court justices; and a behind-the-scenes acount of the deliberations over Pulitzer Prizes in History. Also included are his long debate with Harvard University Press over publication of his book on blasphemy and essays on the origin of the Fourth Amendment and on the critics of his prize-winning study of the Fifth Amendment. Boards and text are clean and unmarked, tight and square. The dustjacket is without significant flaws, showing perhaps a touch of edgewear, no tears, no creasing or chipping, not price-clipped. Collectable.
