Sobre este artículo
New York: Charles Scribner's Sons, 1929. This is a Very Good copy of the first novel by the English thriller/mystery writer Philip MacDonald (1900-1980); it would be made into a film later. A "Queen's Quorum" title. First published in 1925; this is part of "The S.S. Van Dine Detective Library," a popular edition series. Rather attractive; heavily stamped black cloth binding with some sort of a masked person sporting a dagger; highlighted with silver. Clean text; 278 pages. Edges a bit dusty, and the silver has faded on the spine. Still, a very cool little book. Size: 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall. Reprint.. Hard Cover. Very Good/No Jacket.
