New York: Atlantic Monthly Press, 1997. Crisp clean first printing. No flaws other than publishers decison on jacket design results in a jacket that looks old. Dust jacket is fine except that it appears to have small chips. It appears that printer printed copies of jacket that did. The book is as new as is the jacket except for the fact printer mades copies of a color jacket that did have those imperfections. Every copy I have seen has the same problem. Inside flaps have the same appearance of being copied with black background bordering flap. In mylar.. First American Edition. Cloth. Fine/Near Fine. 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall.
