Pages: generally clean, ivory, tight, photo frontis; a.e. tanned, t.e. dusty, hinges cracked. Cover: ridged blue, gilt titles front/spine; substantial shelfwear, extrems worn, front b.e. crnr hard bumped, spatter front and spine, round spot front. Not pretty, but solid. Musty. Front ep bears the stamp of the Dale News of Lily Dale, the New York spiritualist community, which is the subject of the 2010 HBO documentary "No One Dies in Lily Dale."
