Sobre este artículo

Harper & Brothers, 1931. Hardcover. Acceptable. Hardcover. First edition. Former library book, with a single card pocket affixed to rear pastedown. Endpaper opposite appears to have an area where a "due date" sticker might have been removed. Publisher has added the following note, bound into the text block immediately underneath the table of contents: "This book was first published under the title, The Romance of George Villiers, First Duke of Buckingham, with the present preface." No dust jacket. The inside front flap of DJ with a description of the book has been glued to paste down. Red cloth boards with rectangular title on gilt background, lightly faded with more fading to spine. Cloth is faded, and worn at tips and at heel of spine. Spine has old catalog number at the bottom. Hinge beginning to crack at front. Light foxing to text block. Age-toned pages. Sewn binding with very light twist. All pages intact. Good reading copy. 425 pages.
