Subtitled, "The Suicide of Monarchies (William 11 and Nicholas 11), written by Eugene de Schelking, Formerly Secretary of the Russian Embassy in Berlin. X-lib volume with various property marks. Exterior cloth boards are a bit dull and dirty around the edges. Gold lettering on the spine remains vivid. Frontispiece is a B&W photograph of the Czar and his family. More B&W photographs of various dignitaries throughout. No dust jacket. Superficial water stains on some of the pages towards the end of the book. Book is sturdy, hinges good, strong and square.
