Yale University Press, 1911. Hardcover. Very Good Plus. An excellent set of the Limited Edition . This set is number 174 of 250 printed . Farrand's work is first-rate and this is one of the most important publications about the history of American government and politics . Three Volumes , complete set . The books are clean , no marks of any kind except for the NYT obituary for Farrand attached to the second free endpaper of volume one . The bindings and all signatures are tight on the three large volumes . The boards show light wear and rugging to the corners . Yale made an exceptional publishing effort on this limited edition . The books are beautifully designed .The paper is exquisite . The print is special . And , this is an excellent copy of the set . In 1986 Yale published a new edition of this work and added a supplement volume , volume IV . I will include a copy of this supplement volume with the shipment of this original set .
