This copy additionally singed by author Jonathan Williams on cover, with small prospectus slip laid in. Slip is foxed on verso. This is a folio sheet folded three times to make a twelve page gate fold booklet. Includes 4 drawings by Paul Ellisworth tipped in. Glue has bled through causing discoloration to the gray paper over time, and all drawings are present but detached. Scarce thus.
