Printed in conjunction with an exhibition of artist, Kathryn Walter, centered around redevelopment, held at grunt gallery, Vancouver, during the month of October, 1989. A white envelope with a sticker that reads: Redevelopment: An Intervention, Represented by Kathryn Walter, grunt gallery, which contains a four page description of Walter's installation, with a black and white map on cover showing the area involved, staple binding. Also enclosed are nine (of an original twenty) black and white postcards, each being a photograph of a different Development Permit Application, and each paired with a different phrase from a Harlequin romance novel placing them as footnotes to the signs, representing different power relationships, both of which act to reinforce the socio-economic system of capitalism. Cards are clean and in nice condition. Shipping charges are calculated for a standard parcel under 1 kg. Additional charges will apply for heavier shipments, but not until the customer agrees.
