Thomas Kelly / William Clowes, 1824. Hardcover. Good. 8vo - over 7¾ - 9¾" tall. Full leather walnut effect with gilt edging to boards and decoration and titles to spine. Rubbed to corners and edges in places and chipped to top of spine. Marble end papers. Internally clean other than some light foxing to parts of the text. Undated but can be accurately placed between 1823 and 1826 when William Clowes were briefly at Northumberland Court in the Strand. Printed by Clowes for Thomas Kelly. Not attributed to Defoe on the tile page but a reprint of his work published in 1722
