Text of a speech by Andrew Carnegie, president of the New York Peace Society, on how Democratic politicians responded favorably to a call for the U.S. to embrace an arbitration treaty to settle international disputes. Carnegie read the replies at a "peace dinner" in New York.

CONDITION: A bit of soiling to wrappers, staples rusted, slight creasing to a few pages but otherwise, clean, bright, and unmarked. A Very Good or better copy.
