Presented to him and to the Parliament by Command of His Majesty. Previous owner's inscription, neatly rendered, via ink-stamp, at title page (the Bibliotheque du Palais De La Paix. Original publisher's printed blue wraps, a bit sunned and mildly soiled, chipped, worn, etc., but protected in a Mylar jacket. 150 pp., double-columned. Some marginal notes, else still pretty clean and unmarked.Member, I.O.B.A., C.B.A., and adherent to the highest ethical standards. Additional postage may be required for oversize or especially heavy volumes, and for sets.
