Sobre este artículo

Washington: Blair & Rives, Printers, 1845. 294 pages, plus 13 plates of scenery and four maps of which two are folding. Mid twentieth century blue binding beginning with title page [unpaginated page 5]; "A Report on An Exploration of the Country Lying Between the Missouri River and the Rocky Mountains..." (pp [7-8] 9-85); "Catalogue of Plants (pp 87-101; "A Report of the Exploring Expedition to Oregon and Norther California..." (pp 103-290); and "Table of Distances" (291-294). Title page is darkened, and moisture tide marks are seen on the first half of the leaves. Text and images remain clear. A typed note is laid in from bookseller Bob Marsh of Topeka, Kansas circa 1960s in which he states that this copy is a variant edition, being complete with the above stated portions. At the time of this writing, I have been unable to substantiate this (and would welcome any further information). Without being able to further address the variant issue, I am selling it as a rebound copy salvaging the parts included form the larger work. . First Edition. Cloth - Hard Cover. Fair/No Dust Jacket.
