London: J. Walthoe, Et Al. Good. 1717-1724. Ex-library. Hardcover. Ex-library copies with ink stamp on each title page. Volumes 1 & 2 have newer buckram library binding. Volume 3 has newer cloth library binding (not buckram) and a has a "Star" ink stamp on the spine. Vol. 1: pages are thoroughly browned. Vol. 2: most pages have slightly browned edges only, but scattered pages are heavily browned. Some marginal written notations. Vol. 3: pages have damp staining to upper outer corners and adjacent upper edges, mostly seen as wrinkling. Pages have slightly browned edges. ; In three volumes. Volume One signed on the title page by Lewis Morris, probably the father of the signer of the Declaration. Volume Two signed on the title page, and elsewhere, by Chauncey Goodrich and Elizur Goodrich, brothers and Congressmen. Volume 1 (1717) and Volume 2 (1718) "...with some special cases in the courts of Chancery, Common Pleas and Exchequer ..." . Volume 3 (1724) "...with several special cases adjudged in the courts of Chancery, Common Pleas and Exchequer ..." . .
