Richmond: Thomas Nicolson, 1801. Full Leather. Good binding. Octavo. [10], [3]-588, [1], 16 pp. First edition. In contemporary calf. Binding is superficially abraded; front free endpapaper is lacking and a portion of the subsequent blank page; notes, owner names, and family library stamp to the endpaper and preliminaries; additionally, there is early dampstaining and the contents are fairly foxed. Despite this, it is a solid copy and presents well on the shelf. Early volume of reports and quite uncommon in the first edition and in this condition. Includes cases from Spring term of 1797 through Spring term of 1799. Shaw & Shoemaker 1587.
