Williamson; No. 4 of Part IV of the report, by Lieutenant Henry L. Abbot. Brown cloth binding worn.corners and some wear to cover faces. Spine with gilt lettering dulled but legible. Spine reads "U.S. War Department. Explorations and Surveys For a Railroad Route From the Mississippi to the Pacific Ocean. 10." Spine's ends bent and rubbed. Small rubbed circles exposing cloth covers on spine near back joint. Exterior is Good. Ex. library embossed stamp on front title page, identification numbers on contents page and on bottom of spine in gilt. Many full page colored and b/w lithographs plates. Some watermarks on plates' borders and one slightly on print. Interior foxing. Foxing mainly on and around prints. Overall text is clean. Some soiling. Overall interior is Good.
