Macmillan and Co. Limited, London, 1915. First Edition. Hardcover. Good. Green cloth with gilt stamped lettering and blind stamped designs. The volume is bumped and rubbed on the spine ends and corners, and the spine gilt lettering is no more. There is a penciled name on the front andpaper and the text leaves have a gentle waviness and are stiff to open (exposure, at one time to humid environment).
