Charles H Kelley, London, 1893. First Edition. Hardcover. Very Good/No Jacket. 127 pages (complete). A placid copy. The boards have shelving and storage wear and scuffing and rubbing. The stamped gilt titling is benign. The boards are steady and sure. Included: a visiting card for the Weslyan Rev J H Gathercole (once of Ladysmith in Natal and then of Simon's Town). The pages are trimmed in gilt (agleam and youthful). The pages are mild-mannered. There are occasional age-spots but by and large the pages are thick, healthy, clean and clear, conscientious, pleasing, comfortable and certain. fk.
