Pp. 144; 48 full page plates (line-drawings). Publisher's original dark green cloth, lettered in gilt on the spine, black clay-coated endpapers, top page edge in gilt, lg 8vo. The entire 228 page bound volume 'Eleventh Annual Report of the Missouri Botanical Garden for 1900' is offered here. It also contains three other scientific papers; two are listed here: 'A disease of Taxodium distichum known as peckiness' by H. von Schrenk (55 pages); 'Agave expatriata and other agave flowering in the Washington Botanical Garden' by J. N. Rose (5 pages). No ownership marks and no signs of use.
