Fold out map of the Rhine in the rear of volume II. Contains 48 photo plates. Title in red and black. Fresh, bright copy bound in blueish green cloth with gilt flower decorations. Slight wear to the head and tail caps. Very minor bumping on a couple of cover corners. Pages are fresh. Top edge gilt. No dust jacket. Translated by G.C.T. Bartley from the German of Karl Stieler, H. Wachenhusen and F.W. Hacklander.
