Illustrated dust wrapper, showing a man playing a violin with a line of playing cards behind him, against a black background with white coloured titles to the front panel and backstrip. Chipping to the backstrip edges and book corners. Rubbing to the dustwrapper panels and along the dustwrapper creases. Staining to the verso of the dustwrapper. The autobiography of the author who left Sweden to sail the seas and ended up in Australia and then went exploring. This is the first Australian edition. Size: 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall.
