Developed as part of the Atlanta Center for Black Art, Rhythm was a short-lived magazine with only 3 issues printed (Danky, 5137). This inaugural issue includes work by Ameer (sic) Baraka (LeRoi Jones) on Black Nationalism vs. Pimp Art, Bill Mahoney on Everything is Everything, Howard Moore, Jr. on Racism as Justice, Larry MacBailey on On Terror, drawings by Kofi X, Babatunde Okello, and Skunder Boghassion, an interview with Chuck Hopkins, and poetry from A.B. Spellman and Gaston Neal.
