However, some of our books are particularly heavy, and where the postal charge is significantly greater than Biblio's suggested figure, we will contact you with the actual charge for approval before proceeding. Any exchange rate information relating to our books is for guidance only: your credit card will be charged in pounds. We are happy to accept payment by American Express, Visa or Mastercard, and ship expertly to anywhere in the world. Our aim is your total satisfaction, and in the unlikely event of a book failing to arrive, then we will ensure a full refund of your payment. If any book is found to be unsatisfactory then on return of the book a full refund will be made.
