1950 Circa 1950's. Hand drawn and colored, original cartoon art showing A MERMAID WAITRESS AT A SEAFOOD RESTAURANT, measuring approx. 19" x 15", with rounded corners. Back side show remnants of black paper, where the cartoon had once been mounted. Perhaps created for the use of risque / gag postcards.
